The NYC Teaching Collaborative recruits and prepares talented, committed individuals to become effective teachers who raise student achievement and effect change in NYC’s highest-need schools.
With a large need for teacher applicants, our task was to create a cost-effective digital campaign that attracted applicants from various professional backgrounds.
Creative Media Agency created, implemented and managed a cost-effective media plan of several online posting sites to get the most exposure, while still staying within budget. To achieve maximum results, CMA inundated the chosen sites with a series of ads – each targeting a specific industry. The ads were refreshed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending upon the site, for a duration of the campaign. We also ran ads on Facebook and Google that were targeted to specific audiences and keywords that ran on a daily basis.
The New York City Teaching Collaborative received applications at a very high rate and were very pleased with the quality of resumes. The success of this campaign has lead them to continue to look to Creative Media Agency for their future recruitment needs.
